Recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30, he is dedicated to fostering positive change and building a brighter future for generations to come. Max Schalow

Max is the co-founder of FounderFuel and Bondi. Originally from the UK. He is passionate about event management and community building. Max talent brings together entrepreneurs and investors with events and private dinners. He likes to work with fun and proactive people.

Lesley Daris

Lesley Daris is a dynamic professional with a passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation. As a co-founder of Silver Ocean Seltzer, Lesley had firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, having built a beverage brand from scratch. Currently serving as a Partnerships Manager and deeply involved in the European startup ecosystem.

With a background that includes roles in venture capital, startup scouting, and business development, Lesley brings a wealth of experience to the table. He holds a Master's degree in Venture Capital, Private Equity & Entrepreneurship. His current focus lies in helping build great companies and supporting the leaders of tomorrow in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Glendon Swets

Glendon is an associate at FounderFuel. Driven by a passion for innovation and a love for helping startups achieve their potential. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and reading. Glendon believes in making a difference through out-of-the-box creativity and relentless curiosity.

Ayaz Tazetdinov

Ayaz, the youngest member of FounderFuel’s team, is eager to help young entrepreneurs succeed in the Dutch market. He is passionate about financial analysis and excels at conducting deep market research.

Ayaz is not only proactive but also highly efficient, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with ease. His enthusiasm for empowering startups, combined with his analytical skills, makes him a valuable asset to the team.
